This involves a one hour conference call prior to a 2-Day On-Site where we meet with everyone involved and conduct sessions to work through an important issue or plan an initiative. We never apply a cookie-cutter solution, but we do apply a deep philosophy to articulate the problem, identify the desire, determine the cost personally and financially, develop a strategy, and debrief each step.
